Power Tank Medium Gum + Plastic Primer Kit is designed for internal restoration of motorbike and car tanks. Ideal for tackling rust, wall thinning, porosity and micro-holes. The treatment forms a continuous internal protective layer with strong sealing performance and long-lasting durability.

How the Power Tank treatment works

The kit follows a clear, easy process:

1. Phosphating rust remover (750 ml): removes rust and prepares the surface to improve adhesion.

2. Power Tank Medium Gum (650 g) + hardener (50 g): elasticised epoxy sealing resin with high filling capacity, designed to seal porosity and micro-leaks effectively.

3. Power Tank Plastic Primer: dedicated primer to ensure maximum bonding and resistance to peeling on plastic tanks and composite materials.

High adhesion on plastics: flexible primer to prevent peeling

Power Tank Plastic Primer is developed to deliver very high adhesion and flexibility, reducing the risk of detachment caused by tank deformation (impacts, knocks, pressure or vibration). It’s an essential step for reliable results on common plastic tanks and technical materials.

Permanent anti-rust protection & fuel resistance

Once applied, the treatment forms a permanent anti-corrosion internal coating, resistant to:

• petrol

• diesel

• oil

• premix

It also helps prevent rust particles from forming and breaking loose, protecting key fuel system components such as carburettors, fuel pump, fuel filter and injectors.
