The Power Tank Medium Red is a high-crosslinking epoxy enamel developed for the internal restoration of fuel tanks of 20/25 litres.
Its red formulation enriched with ferric oxide ensures:

• excellent adhesion and chemical resistance

• sealing of micro-leaks and porosity

• reinforcement of thinned or corroded areas

• long-lasting protection against rust formation

The kit includes:

• 750 ml phosphating rust remover

• 650 g red epoxy resin

• 50 g epoxy hardener

Once cured, it forms a permanent internal coating resistant to petrol, diesel, premix and modern fuels.

How to Use

1. Remove cap, taps and internal components.

2. Pour in the rust remover and allow it to fully remove corrosion.

3. Rinse thoroughly and allow the tank to dry completely.

4. Mix resin and hardener and pour into the tank.

5. Rotate the tank several times to ensure complete and even coverage.

6. Allow to dry at room temperature — no specialist equipment or ovens needed.

The final coating provides strong structural reinforcement and long-lasting anticorrosion protection.
