The Power Tank Big Gum is a high-performance epoxy enamel formulated with a flexible nanotech resin matrix and ceramic fillers. This ensures exceptional adhesion, elasticity and long-term resistance to fuels and corrosion.

The kit includes:

• 750 ml phosphating rust remover

• 1.2 kg Gum epoxy resin

• 100 g epoxy hardener

Once cured, it forms a permanent, flexible, fuel-resistant internal coating, compatible with petrol, diesel, premix and modern fuels.

How to Use

1. Remove cap, taps and internal components.

2. Pour in the rust remover to eliminate oxidation.

3. Rinse thoroughly and allow the tank to dry completely.

4. Mix resin and hardener and pour the mixture into the tank.

5. Rotate slowly to ensure full internal coverage.

6. Leave to dry at room temperature — no ovens or specialised equipment needed.

The resulting brown Gum coating forms a long-lasting, elastic and protective barrier inside the tank.
