The Power Tank Primer Plastic Big is a high-performance nanotechnological epoxy primer specially developed to optimise the adhesion of Power Tank restoration kits inside medium and large plastic tanks (up to 50 L).
The kit includes:

• 480 g pure-grade flexibilised epoxy resin

• 240 g epoxy hardener

Its flexible formulation allows the primer to follow the natural deformation of plastic tanks—impacts, vibration and pressure changes—without peeling or loss of adhesion.
Compatible materials: PMMA, PC, ABS, PS, PETG, PET, fibreglass and carbon fibre.
Not suitable for: PP, PE, PTFE, Nylon.

How to Use

1. Ensure the tank is thoroughly cleaned, free of residues and completely dry.

2. Mix the resin and hardener in the correct proportions.

3. Pour the primer inside the tank and rotate it slowly to cover all interior surfaces evenly.

4. Allow to cure at room temperature until fully hardened.

5. Proceed with the appropriate Power Tank kit (Small, Medium, Big or Very Big).

This primer creates a highly adhesive, stable surface essential for correct bonding of the Power Tank resin coating.
