The Power Tank Primer Plastic Medium is a nanotechnology-based flexibilised epoxy primer specifically formulated to maximise adhesion when coating plastic tanks up to 25 litres with POWER TANK resin systems.

Its advanced formula guarantees:

• outstanding adhesion on technical plastics

• high flexibility to withstand tank deformation, vibrations and impacts

• a stable, uniform base layer for POWER TANK resin application

• long-term protection against peeling or detachment

Compatible with: PMMA, PC, ABS, PS, PETG, PET, fibreglass and carbon fibre.
Not suitable for: PP, PE, PTFE, Nylon.

The kit includes:

• 240 g flexibilised epoxy primer

• 120 g epoxy hardener

Once applied, it forms a high-adhesion, durable film – essential for reliable internal restoration of plastic fuel tanks.

How to Use

1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the plastic tank.

2. Mix primer and hardener according to the instructions.

3. Pour the mixture into the tank and rotate it slowly to distribute evenly.

4. Leave to dry at room temperature until fully cured.

5. Apply the appropriate POWER TANK kit (Small, Medium, Big, Very Big).
