The Power Tank Gum Small is a high-crosslinking flexible epoxy coating designed specifically for restoring and protecting small fuel tanks up to 8/10 litres.
Its advanced nanotech formulation reinforces and restores the tank by:

• sealing micro-leaks

• filling porosity

• strengthening thinned or weakened areas

• preventing future rust formation

It is also suitable for plastic tanks (with Power Tank Plastic Primer).

The kit includes:

• 375 ml phosphating rust remover

• 325 g Gum epoxy resin

• 25 g epoxy hardener

Once cured, it forms a protective internal barrier that resists petrol, premix, diesel and modern fuels.

How to Use

1. Remove fuel cap, taps and internal components.

2. Pour in the rust remover and allow full derusting.

3. Rinse thoroughly and let the tank dry completely.

4. Mix resin and hardener, then pour into the tank.

5. Rotate several times to ensure even coverage.

6. Allow to dry at room temperature — no ovens or professional tools required.

The final coating is flexible, durable and fully fuel-proof.
