The Power Tank Very Big GUM 2.5 kg is the ideal high-flex sealing and anti-corrosion kit for restoring fuel tanks up to 100/120 litres affected by rust, porosity, thinning metal or micro-leaks. Its enhanced elasticity makes it suitable for both metal and plastic tanks (when used with Power Tank Plastic Primer). The 750 ml phosphating rust remover ensures superior adhesion and complete rust removal, forming a permanent fuel-resistant internal coating.
The Power Tank Very Big GUM is a professional-grade fuel tank restoration system designed for heavily corroded or structurally weakened tanks. The 2.32 kg Gum resin features exceptional flexibility and sealing power, allowing it to repair micro-holes, porosity and thin areas inside the tank.
The kit includes 750 ml phosphating rust remover and 180 g catalyst.
It is also suitable for plastic tanks when pre-treated with Power Tank Plastic Primer, ensuring perfect adhesion.
How to Use
Remove tank cap, fuel taps and internal accessories. Pour in the rust remover to achieve complete internal metal stripping, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Mix the resin with the catalyst, pour into the tank and rotate it several times to distribute the Gum resin evenly. Allow to cure at room temperature—no oven or specialist equipment required. Once cured, the coating becomes flexible, continuous and highly resistant to all fuels.
