KIT 04 - DIAMETER 200

 

The exclusive 5-step kit, perfect for metal polishing, is produced by Lux-Metal, a leading company in Italy in metal surface treatments.

 

The kit can be used on motorcycle, car, boat and furniture parts, assembled with polishing discs and professional polishing pastes, the kit is ideal for bench cleaners and grinders.

 

With the Kit, you can polish all metal surfaces such as aluminium, iron, steel, copper, brass and to polish oxidised or rust-stained chrome.

 

The kit entirely produced in Italy contains:

 

 

 

•1 Z disc in pure sisal diameter 200 mm, perfect for super roughing of very scratched/sanded, heavily oxidized or sandblasted details.

 

•1 sisal-cotton disc A (pre-polishing) diameter 200 mm, perfect for eliminating scratches and oxidation thanks to the abrasive power of the vegetable fiber contained inside.

 

•1 K wool disc, diameter 200, is suitable for roughing soft metals (aluminium, brass, copper) where there is no major oxidation or abrasion, excellent for reaching awkward places thanks to its flexibility.

 

•1 disc B quilted cotton (polishing) diameter 200 mm, of excellent fabric which, thanks to its binding, which gives body and strength, will be able to eliminate those micro scratches caused by the sisal and thus a perfect mirroring of the surfaces will be obtained.

 

•1 loose cotton disc C diameter 200 mm, suitable for super-mirror polishing (after quilting cotton) or for polishing chrome parts.

 

•1 Z paste for super-roughing 350 grams, of very greasy compound with a very strong abrasive power

 

•1 paste A for pre-polishing (roughing) 350 grams, of greasy compound with excellent abrasive power.

 

•1 medium-roughing K paste 350 grams, with a reasonable abrasive power

 

•1 paste B for polishing 350 grams, medium dry compound excellent for finishing.

 

•1 paste C for super-polishing 350 grams, of very dry compound with very soft abrasives, excellent for a super finish (mirror-like)
