KIT 05 - DIAMETER 75mm

 

  7-step metal polishing kit, produced by Lux-Metal, a leading company in Italy in metal surface treatments.

 

This kit is excellent for polishing boat and dinghy parts, assembled with polishing discs and polishing pastes identical to those used by professionals but with smaller dimensions to facilitate use with a drill, screwdriver or small bench apples.

 

Thanks to this kit, you will be able to easily polish the details of boats, cars, motorbikes and furnishing accessories, removing stains, oxide and rust specks.

 

All the details of the kit are produced in Italy and includes:

 

· 1 Z disc in pure sisal diameter 75 mm, perfect for super-roughing of very scratched/sanded, heavily oxidized or sandblasted details.

 

· 1 sisal-cotton disc A (pre-polishing) diameter 75 mm, perfect for eliminating scratches and oxidation thanks to the abrasive power of the vegetable fiber contained inside.

 

· 1 K wool disc, 75 mm diameter, suitable for roughing soft metals (aluminium, brass, copper) where there is no major oxidation or abrasion, excellent for reaching awkward places thanks to its flexibility.

 

· 1 J disc in cotton jeans, 75 mm in diameter, is suitable for mirror polishing of slightly oxidized or scratched metals, for those who choose to polish in a single pass.

 

· 1 disc B quilted cotton (polishing) diameter 75 mm, of excellent fabric which, thanks to its binding, which gives body and strength, will be able to eliminate those micro scratches caused by the sisal and thus obtain a perfect mirroring of the surfaces.

 

· 1 loose cotton disc C diameter 75 mm, suitable for super-mirror polishing (after quilting cotton) or for polishing chrome parts.

 

· 1 FL flannel disc with a diameter of 75 mm, suitable for ultra-polishing of metals (brass, steel, copper), copper or as a single pass on materials such as gold, silver, wood, plastic, chrome, chrome, lexan, plexiglass .

 

· 1 Z paste for super-roughing 100 grams, of very greasy compound with a very strong abrasive power

 

· 1 paste A for pre-polishing (roughing) 100 grams of greasy compound with excellent abrasive power.

 

· 1 K paste medium-roughing 100 grams, with a reasonable abrasive power

 

· 1 paste J of 100 grams of medium dry compound, excellent for polishing all metals (aluminium, steel, iron, brass, copper), a polishing paste that manages to eliminate abrasions and oxide and leaves the piece shiny

 

· 1 polishing paste B 100 grams, medium dry compound excellent for finishing.

 

 

 

· 1 paste C for super-polishing 100 grams, of very dry compound with very soft abrasives, excellent for a super finish (mirror-like)

 

· 1 FL paste of 100 grams for ultra-polishing, of very dry compound with very soft abrasives, excellent for a super finish (mirror-like)
