KIT 03 - DIAMETER 75 mm

 

4-phase kit, perfect for metal polishing, is produced by Lux-Metal, a leading company in Italy in metal surface treatments.

 

The kit can be used on motorbike, car, boat and furniture parts, assembled with polishing discs and professional polishing pastes, identical to those used by professionals, differing only in smaller dimensions to facilitate use on drills, screwdrivers or small bench grinders.

 

With the Kit, you can polish all metal surfaces such as aluminium, iron, steel, copper, brass and to polish oxidised or rust-stained chrome.

 

The kit entirely produced in Italy contains:

 

•1 Z disc diameter 75 mm in pure sisal, perfect for super roughing of very scratched/sanded, heavily oxidized or sandblasted details.

 

•1 disc A diameter 75 mm in sisal-cotton (pre-polishing), perfect for eliminating scratches and oxidation thanks to the abrasive power of the vegetable fiber contained inside

 

•1 disc B diameter 75 mm quilted cotton (polishing), of excellent fabric which, thanks to its binding, which gives body and strength, will be able to eliminate those micro scratches caused by the sisal and thus a perfect mirroring of the surfaces will be obtained.

 

•1 disk C diameter 75 mm in loose cotton, suitable for mirror super-polishing (after quilting cotton) or for polishing chrome parts.

 

•1 Z paste for super-roughing 100 grams, of very greasy compound with a very strong abrasive power

 

•1 paste A for pre-polishing (roughing) 100 grams, of greasy compound with excellent abrasive power.

 

•1 polishing paste B 100 grams, medium dry compound excellent for finishing.

 

•1 paste C for super-polishing 100 grams, of very dry compound with very soft abrasives, excellent for a super finish (mirror-like)

 

•1 galvanized steel conical drill fixing pin, size
