"FL" ULTRA SOFT FLANNEL COTTON POLISHING DISC DIAMETER 250 MM

Loose flannel disc sewn at the bore, designed for ultra mirror polishing. Since it has no stitching, it is more delicate and therefore more effective at removing scratches and shadows and achieving an ultra-uniform shine on metals, stainless steel, chrome, chrome plating, aluminium, iron, brass, copper, bronze, alloys and gold.
The flannel wheel also polishes epoxy resin, plastics, plexiglass, lexan, ABS, wood, marble and stones.

DIMENSIONS: DIAMETER 250 MM / THICKNESS 18 MM / HOLE 20 MM.
Used with polishing compound, the polishing disc is excellent for aluminium polishing, steel polishing, stainless steel polishing, marble polishing, metal polishing, cleaning silver and removing scratches from glass using cerium oxide.
Like polishing pads and brushes, metal polishing discs can be used with tools such as a drill, bench polisher, bench grinder or angle grinder.

Polishing discs differ depending on the material to be polished. HOW TO USE THE POLISHING DISC?
Mount the Lux Metal polishing disc on your tool (during the first uses the discs may show natural fraying). Apply the polishing compound to the disc while it is rotating until it is fully impregnated, then pass the polishing wheel over the part to be polished.
For perfect application of the abrasive compound we recommend a rotation speed of 2000/3000 RPM.
